Cancellation policy
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellations are only possible within a limited window.
⏱️ Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
✅ Cancellation Before Shipping
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped:
- The cancellation will be accepted
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
📦 Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- However, you may return the order after receiving it, in accordance with our Refund Policy
